This policy explains how Golf Event HQ handles data for organizers, clubs, sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and platform administrators.
Last updated July 21, 2026
We collect account details, organization membership, event setup data, player registrations, sponsor records, scoring activity, communication preferences, support messages, and technical diagnostics needed to operate Golf Event HQ.
We use information to run tournaments, process registrations, coordinate teams and sponsors, deliver event communications, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, improve workflows, and comply with legal obligations.
We share information with service providers that help us host the product, send messages, process payments, provide analytics, and support customers. We do not sell personal information.
Published event pages, public event listings, club profiles, organizer profiles, and public results may be visible to visitors and search engines. Draft events, private dashboards, account pages, and invitation-only details are not intended for public viewing.
We use role-based access controls, audit trails, operational monitoring, and backup processes to protect data. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, and preserve event records.
You can update account details, manage communication preferences, request access or deletion, and ask us to correct inaccurate information where applicable.
For privacy questions or data requests, contact the Golf Event HQ support team through your account workspace or the organizer managing your event.
