AI Event Planner
Describe your tournament in plain language and get a plan you can build from.
The AI Event Planner bubble sits in the corner of your workspace. Type or use voice input to describe what you are planning, and it replies with recommendations for format, contests, registration, and timing.
Good ways to start
- Build a charity scramble: get a full outline for a fundraising event.
- Add contests: ideas for hole games like closest to the pin and long drive.
- Update registration: help choosing capacity, team size, and fees.
- Show summary: a recap of the plan you have discussed so far.
The planner advises; it does not change your event settings for you. Apply its suggestions in the Event Builder. If you ask it to create a new event, it confirms first and then creates a blank workspace.
Each answer shows its estimated cost (about 10 tokens). When your balance runs out, the planner prompts you to buy more.
