Free Planning, Event Pass, and Golf Club Unlimited, and what each one unlocks.
Open Billing from the account menu to see your plan, buy passes, and download invoices and receipts. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Free Planning ($0)
- Build and save events, set up branding, and preview your public page.
- Plan teams, sponsors, volunteers, and staff.
- Registration, check-in, and live scoring stay locked until you activate.
Event Pass ($99.99, one-time)
- Select Buy Event Passes and complete checkout with Stripe.
- Back in your event, select Activate Event. This uses one pass for that event.
- Registration, your public event page and private links, check-in, and live scoring are now unlocked for that event.
Golf Club Unlimited ($1,299 per year)
Covers every event your organization runs, so you never need to buy individual passes. Select Start Subscription on the Billing page. You can manage or cancel the subscription in the Stripe customer portal linked from Billing.
AI tokens
The AI Event Planner uses AI tokens, about 10 per answer. Check your balance and select Buy AI Tokens from the account menu to top up.
