Event page & sharing
Brand your public event page, then share it by link, social, QR code, or poster.
Customize the page
In the Event Page step of the builder, a live preview updates as you work. Switch between desktop and mobile to check both.
- Header Photo: upload and crop your own photo, pick a stock course image, or describe a scene and generate one with AI. Use it as the hero image or as a full-page background.
- Event Logo: upload a logo and place it left or center.
- Branding Options: choose an accent color that matches your club or charity.
- Header Display Settings: headline, subheadline, button labels, hero height, and overlay style.
Public or private
- Public after publish: once the event is live, it is listed in Public Events and can be found by search engines.
- Private link only: the event is hidden from listings. Only people with the private link can open it. Private links expire after two days.
Share it
After you finalize, the share panel gives you Copy Link, one-click Facebook and LinkedIn sharing, and Download QR for a registration QR code. There is also a printable Scan to register poster for the pro shop or clubhouse.
