Quick start
Create your account, set up your club, and build your first event in minutes.
Golf Event HQ takes a tournament from first draft to final results. Planning is free. You only pay when you are ready to open registration.
1. Create your account
- Go to Create Account and enter your full name, your club or organization name, and your email address.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then select Create account with email.
- Check your inbox for a one-time code and enter it. There is no password to remember: every sign-in uses an emailed code.
2. Tell us about your club
After verifying, you land on Tell us about your club and first event. Add your phone number, your role (for example event chair, golf pro, or club manager), and your club's city and state. This fills in defaults across your workspace.
3. Build your event
Open Event in the sidebar to start the Event Builder. It walks you through seven steps: Basics, Course, Registration, Volunteers, Scoring, Event Page, and Finalize. Use Save Progress at any point and come back later.
Short on time? Open the AI Event Planner bubble and describe your tournament. It suggests formats, contests, and settings you can apply in the builder. See AI Event Planner.
4. Activate and go live
When the event looks right, select Finalize Event, then Activate Event with an Event Pass or a Golf Club Unlimited subscription. Activation unlocks registration, your public event page, check-in, and live scoring. See Plans & billing.
Signing back in
Use Log In, enter your email, select Send one-time code, and enter the code from your inbox. If a colleague invited you, open the link in your invitation email and select Send code to accept.
